What does implantation cramps feel like?

I’m 7po and I have been having very light cramping today for the last 7 hours or so.. it almost feel like cramps when you have to use the bathroom but also alittle different then that since I truly don’t have to use the bathroom. Could this possibly be implantation cramping or am I just looking to much into this.. also there has been 0 bleeding when I go pee..

Anyone who has experienced this before a positive pregnancy test can you tell me what it felt like and how mild/serve the cramps were?
