Pelvic floor physical therapy
I have an evaluation with a physical therapist on Friday for pelvic floor/Diastasis recti issues. Has anyone had this? Just curious what I’m in for.
I had a 9 lb 2oz baby with a 15” head (>98th percentile) as my first baby 🤕
