Possible miscarriage?

I took a test yesterday after my period was 3 days late. It was positive. 
Now today I just started cramping and am bleeding enough to fill a panty liner. Does that most likely mean I miscarried? 
Should I wait a few days and retest?

I would go in to the er and tell them u tested positive three days go and now ur bleeding.. they can run test to see if ur are miscarring or not

I would call your obgyn and tell them. I had a miscarriage before my first ob appt. They had me come in for an exam and ultrasound and then monitored my HCG levels. It was bleeding similar to a period.
