Anyone else dreading the hospital part of labor and delivery?

I just hate being in the hospital. Hate being touched by everyone and I hate the feeling that comes along with it. Really stressing about it this time.

Just make sure you know what you want before going in. Dont let any nurse or doctor bully you , be nice but stand your ground and you'll be fine. It sucks but we gotta try to make the best of it that's when we get to meet our babies

Yes the hospital makes me super anxious and I'm going for an all natural hypnobirth and I just feel like the hospital setting is going to ruin the experience. I really wish I had done a home birth instead. :( my husband hates hospitals too so he isnt looking forward to it. And at my hospital they make you stay 3 days!

My first birth was the first and remains the only time I have ever been in the hospital for myself. I was kinda stressed about it, but once my contractions started at home and I couldn’t take it anymore I was more than happy to be there with people surrounding me knowing what to do and what was happening and knowing they could stop my pain! The worst part of the whole stay was how uncomfortable the beds are, the first night I was fresh off my epidural and just straight up EXHAUSTED, but by the second night I was so damn uncomfortable 😆😒 you’ll be ok mommas! Just remember that those people are there to help bring your baby into the world and make sure you get the best start you can together!

Me too and just thinking about labour again is making me sooo anxious 😥 anytime someone mentions me going into labour any moment now, I have to excuse myself or I might puke 😂

I’m hoping to be out the next day! The rooms are always small and cramped. No one is comfortable. I’d much rather recover in my own home!
