Healthy weight

I’m currently 5’4 and around 157. I’m extremely self conscious about my weight and have good days and bad days. I do want to to make changes to my body solely for myself in hopes it would help me mentally. But one of the main things that I don’t like about my body is definitely my wider hips. Im very inexperienced when it comes to the working out and everything and I think it would be best if I ease in to it. Please give tips and workouts I can do at home
