So I take Seasonique - the pill where you get your period every 3 months. So I’ve been on this for quite a few years, I’ve been very regular with getting it every 3 months. The last period I got was at Christmas. So I was supposed to get my next period in March. But March came and went and I took the whole week of placebo pills and not a drop. So now, for about the past 2 weeks, it’s been like Chuckys field day in that area. Horrible cramps, face breaking out, all the signs of when I normally get my period. The thing is I’m not due for my period for another month and a half. I went to the gyno a month ago and everything came back fine and she said I was in good shape down there and I asked her about me missing my period and she said that was perfectly normal for girls who take the 3 month one. My only concern is I’ve never had a 2 week period. And this heavy. Normally mine are 5 days max and pretty light. So I called my gyno yesterday and asked if this was normal and she said I’m probably just making up for lost time and to give it 2 weeks and let everything work itself out. Has this ever happened to anyone else? And has it worked itself out? I’m so worried something’s wrong. I have PCOS but this doesn’t feel like how I felt when I got that. I have all the symptoms of my period for sure
