can anyone tell me any legal advice? i live in louisiana. and my in laws are insane. they currently do/did drugs, meth marijuana. have jail history, have been in the nut house. they’re relationship is very toxic- they fight constantly. they smoke in their home. and they have harassed me in public. i don’t want my baby around that at all. my husband agrees, but yet it’s his family, i know he loves them. and i feel bad but they’re never going to change... but he’s nothing like them. i don’t want my child around them or i don’t want them around at the hospital. can i stop that, without taking legal action? they’ve caused me nothing but stress and it’s only getting worse.
