Just found out I'm pregnant what is the next step?

Set up an appointment with your OBGYN. It will probably be between 8-12 weeks.  
Relax, read about it, go crazy downloading apps.... whatever makes you feel happy and connected to your pregnancy! Congrats!

Take your folic acid asap ! It's very important for the embryo's spinal development within the first few weeks of pregnancy. 
Decide on who you want in your sport network and who not. You might feel very insecure with this news so it's good not to be alone. Pick however many people you feel comfortable with and tell them early on, asking them to support you and give you advice.
I have about four people who I talk to about my early pregnancy and once I hit the second trimester, I want to tell everyone.
Also check with your insurance company how much they cover during and after pregnancy and find out if there are better options for you if they don't cover much.
If you already have a trusted ob/gyn, that's great, if you don't, go see a few and find one you're comfortable with. You will see them about once a month and ask them plenty of questions so you shouldn't be afraid of being honest with them.
In the first trimester, there is not too much that needs to be done yet besides maybe some habit changes if you smoke or drink or consume lots of caffeine or do drugs.
So get used to the idea of pregnancy, do some thinking and considering on how you want things to go and be ready for the symptoms to hit you in a few weeks.
Not everybody gets everything and you might be lucky to get nothing but most people get nausea and/or fatigue.
