Skin irritations (tmi)

Hi all I have these painful red bumps on my armpit. It’s really itchy and oozes just a little bit of pus. I only have it under this armpit and not the other so I’m very confused as to whats going on (ignore the white tissue, that is from my dabbing the pus away)
