Swimming
So my period ends on Friday and im going to the beach tomorrow and its just that brown stuff now and i want to be able to go in the water and all that stuff but i dont know what i should do. I dont use tampons a lot and never swam with one so i dont know if im putting out enough blood for it to be safe to put one on or should i go in without one ? I just dont know what to do. Any suggestions?
