All day today ive been super unconfortable and hormonal. Now tonight i cant get confortable, i cant sleep, my back hurts so bad, my nipples ache, i keep feeling like I have to pee and barely anything comes out. Typically this is when my twins are most active but tonight im getting small movements instead of the normal circus going on. Ive had some mild irregular contractions for the past few hours but no "labor" contractions. Btw this is my second pregnancy im 37 weeks with twins and due to be induced next Wednesday.

Should I call my ob or just ignore this i see the specialist tomorrow morning?
