Struggling with nutrition and morning sickness
Sometimes I feel proud of myself for eating w nutritious meal, then a couple of hours later I throw it back up.
So far my morning sickness has been merciless. The only food I seem to manage every time without throwing it back up is baked beans. Not exactly nutritious.
I worry every single day that my body is not getting all the nutrients it needs to my pregnancy (I’m 7 weeks).
Does anyone have any advice for me? Do I rely on supplements?
