I just have to put this out in the universe right now!!! I have never been nauseated during my period ever and ever since yesterday afternoon I've either thrown up or gagged and I dont know why or how to stop it. The only weird thing that helped yesterday was eating my apple. I have gotten some great advice from a lot of people in the past and have never figured out how to respond to those posts yet but I wanted to thank all of you for just listening and giving me some really good advice and ideas!!!!
