Mucus plug

I’m 26 weeks pregnant .I literally was in my kitchen making myself a bowl of cereal. Then I felt something running down my leg I looked and I this was in my thigh . So I went to the bathroom and looked at it again n felt it it’s stretchy almost mucus like. is this my mucus plug ? What should I do?
