Hemorrhoids and anal fissures 😭

So I figured I had a Hemorrhoid at 3weeks pp and now 7weeks pp I also have a tear and oh my gosh I'd rather go thru labor again. With out epidural then have to poo it hurts soo flippen bad I'm already doing prep H but now I have the tear and idk what to do help me please I'm so scared to go to the restroom i don't even want to eat 😭 I wouldn't even wish this on my worst enemies
