Help a momma out!

I'm a FTM. My son is 7months old. Up until Friday or Saturday my sweet boy was sleeping in his crib so good. Waking up maybe once for a feeding then straight back to sleep. No problem. Now anytime I got to lay him in his crib he will freak out or wake up screaming after like an hour. It's came to him sleeping in my bed with my husband and me or I go down stairs and sleep on the couch with him just so I can get some rest. I'm at the point I'm so exhausted I can barely function. I've also have been having him taking his naps with me on the couch so that he will take the nap and not get overly tired and so I can close my eyes for a little too.

What's happening? What have I done wrong? Please help me. I will try anything at this point. I'm desperate!! TIA
