Does this look ok?

So I don’t typically where “fun” color when I wear makeup. Because my norm. is to wear more natural colors like browns and greens to go with my Hazel eyes. But today I felt like trying something new. But idk if I did good or not. Please give me some feed back..

I’m really worried that I shouldn’t do the red lipstick with the red liner, but I thought it went with it.

Personally I have absolutely no problems with color, but I think the colors you use don't really suit your skin. You used a filter so its hard to see what your face really looks like, but it seems to muted. I'd like to see brighter colors, bold colors used nicely. I think if you do brighter colors, you kind of have to commit. That means brows, liner, lashes. 
You don't have to go all out, but I can't really tell what's going on with your upper lid and the shadow there. I also personally don't like the lipstick with the look, I think a nude would be better. Its hard to match bold color on the lid and the lips, and in this case I'm not a fan.
