How do y’all cope with worrying when pregnant I’ve previously miscarried I had another pregnancy after and she’s a health 4 year old I’m pregnant again and I was on depo before I got pregnant for 2 years and when I misscarried last time I was on it for 7 years and they weren’t sure the cause of my miscarriage.. now all I do is worry about another miscarriage I’m 5 weeks 2 days won’t be seen till I’m 8 weeks I just need to keep calm but can’t.. can anyone give me advice on what to do
