Super confused

I went for an hcg blood test and my levels are 6 ... 6 ?! That’s one above >5 which makes me pregnant or is it inaccurate ? Could it just be super early? They have me going for a follow up blood test next week but I need to know what to tell my boyfriend. Anyone know ???
