Over over over thinker
I am OVER THINKER.
I don’t say it lightly nor am I exaggerating a little.
If something bad happens to me or something happens that makes me uncomfortable I overthink and over think. Sometimes until I have a anxiety attack.
I don’t know why and I don’t know how to stop on my own.
I saw a physiologist a few times for my anxiety but because of my work and my kids and their office hours. I had to stop.
Since school will be out I’m planning to go back.
I just wish I could stop on my own
