Helppp !! Spotting for 2 weeks with discharge

TMI!! I have been spotting for 2 weeks now along with this discharge I have no painful urination and its not painful when I have sex. Neither am I itchy. I have a Gyn appointment next week and I can’t wait any longer because im so curious and scared about what this could be. Any one have a clue about what it is or think it is Please help its freaking me out
