Hello pregnant ladies :)

I am 34 weeks pregnant and i noticed last night when i wiped i had a bit of pinky discharge. I didnt think anything of it then went to bed. In the morning, i noticed some more discharge kinda the same as the night one.

I got a bit worried so i called the hospital triage and told them whats going on, they told me to monitor to make sure i have no contractions and to come in if it gets consistent and more bloody.

I havent had any pain, i do have a toddler to run after so i do get back pains which has been pretty normal since about 6 months whenever im up and about a lot.

So i went about my day normally, we went shopping with my toddler. When we got home i went to the bathroom and noticed the picture below.

I had put a folded paper towel as i was out of panty liners and didnt want to get my undies dirty.

Has this happened to Anyone before? Should i go in to get checked? Should i be worried?
