is this my mucus plug?

every time i make pee when i wipe there’s a little bit of clear jelly like stuff, when i first got it yesterday i thought it was my mucus plug but now it’s been two days and it still comes little by little whenever i use the restroom. is it my mucus plug slowly breaking or something i should be worried about? i always thought my mucus plug was supposed to come out all at once, thanks!
