My daughter is 5 so it’s been a while since I have done the whole baby thing.

My little guy is 4 weeks old and at night he only sleeps about 1-3 hours. 3 being the longest and that is usually the first part of the night after that he wakes up every hour or two. Is this normal? He is formula fed and eats anywhere between 2-3 ounces when he wakes up. I feel like a zombie! During the day he will nap for 3 hours or longer if I let him. How can I help him do that at night?? Help me I am one tired momma!!!
