3rd shift job with baby

Does anyone work a 3rd shift job while caring for their baby? I start mine tomorrow and I’m afraid it’s going to mess with me and my sons routine. My job is going to be Friday-Sunday 530pm-6am. My fiancé will be there Saturday and Sunday to help so I can sleep when I get home however I’m dreading when I get home on Monday is the same time my fiancé will be leaving to go to work so I won’t get to sleep before taking care of my son all day. Any tips?
