Who else has cycles that last around 40 to 45 days??!! If so- do you ovulate at all?

I have to go in Tuesday for my first follicle scan- suppose to ovulate Wednesday. My cycles are 40 to 45 days and the doctor definitely doesn’t like that. He doesn’t think they’ll see anything so he mentioned maybe having to go on more meds for my upcoming <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> in July. I’m assuming that means going on injectables...
