So heart broken. Been having problems with my period so go to a sexual clinic (for tests, protection, pregnancy tests etc) she did a pregnancy test and some other tests for infection. And I got a call today saying I’ve tested positive for chlamydia I broke down.

Little back story

I’m 17 Me and my partner have been together for 2 years and have a 7 month old. We had a “break” in November for a week (he told me we’re never getting back together blah blah blah) at this point our son was about 6-8 weeks old. I thought the only way to Get over him was to get feeling for someone else my head was all over the place so I slept round my mates for 4/5 days and he helped me but I slept with him and then stupidly went to my step cousins and slept with my partners step brother. And went and got the morning after pill. And got tested for chlamydia..... came back clear. I then went to my mates again back in march. For a party (me and my partner had had an argument and we were over) and I slept with my friend (he had slept with one lass after me and got her pregnant me not knowing till the other day But ik she tested negitive bc she showed me her results (she’s my friend) ) my partner knows who I’ve slept with and he understands why etc and I never got tested so fast forward so now I have chlamydia and I have give it to my partner or the other way round .... so I get this call she tells me and I walk inside to my partner and says I WANT the truth have u slept with anyone but me in the past 2 years and he said nope! Only u and you know your were my first and very last. I burst down into tears and he’s said what’s wrong you don’t have to tell me I said just let me process it and I said you need to come to the doctors next week as I have chlamydia and we need to get some antibiotics he was so understand and loving. So now I’m wondering how I’ve got it knowing I was positive in novemebr and the person I slept with his partner was negitive and he was too and my partner got testsed in November too and his was negative

Can you catch it again?? Even if you have sex with y partner and both have been treated?
