Im a teenager with fibromyalgia! I’m really struggling to cope with the pain atm and night times are a massive struggle for me! I go to sleep at 5am and am awake about 10am 😬I also have hella bad anxiety so sitting awake at night on my own is making it worse! if I’m honest I’m just very down atm mostly because of my weight... I’m 9 stone 9 and to some people that’s not big and I’m not trying to offend anyone but to me I feel big and I just really want to lose belly fat... im 5’2, I’m a size 8-10 in trousers and I wanna get to a flat stomach! Exercise with having fibromyalgia is a massively tough one and I can barely do it as most days I am bed bound! With only being 15 it’s hard to understand the fact that I have to live with this and there is no cure atm☹️but if anyone has any tips with weight loss, anxiety or coping with fibromyalgia it would be very much appreciated! 💗
