3 week old baby questions:

My baby doesn’t seem to know what to do when he’s awake besides eat, even when he’s not hungry. Sometimes he’ll just sit on my breast and not suck, but get mad when I take it away. Otherwise, I have to be constantly bouncing him to keep him from crying. Anybody have any tips for entertaining and a week three week old baby?

Second question, my baby does not let me put him down. He sleeps great being held, but he won’t go down in the crib or even in the rock and play. Any advice besides just letting him scream and cry? I don’t feel comfortable with that.

He’s just really needy, and that’s fine I understand some babies are just like that. But if there’s anything I can do, I’d love to hear any advice. Thanks in advance!
