Anyone get a BFP without symptoms?

What were your symptoms before BFP?

I stress smoked, my husband left for a job on January 2nd so the next day I was pretty upset so I had a cigarette. It made me so sick to my stomach. I just knew, went home from work on my lunch break took a test and I got my bfp.  four weeks after that the smell of cigarettes smoke always kind of made me nauseous but I didn't have any other symptoms except a little bit of soreness in my boobs until 6 weeks.

My husband and I had been trying for over two years. I can honestly say right before my BFP I was totally convinced my period was coming. I had period cramps and my boobs were sore. I went out and bought pads, didn't even think about testing. I was three days late when I realized I hadn't even started spotting which is unusual for me, so I said eehh what the heck I have a billion little strips let me test. So, sure enough the strip had two lines and I just stared at it thinking to myself "does it always have two lines? Does that mean invalid?" Lol I also was suffering from a slight fever for a few days before testing as well, would come on during the evening. That continued for a week after I found out. Currently 37+3 🤗

This pregnancy-
5-6 dpo sharp intense cramps and very very faint pink discharge 
7dpo sore boobs and heartburn 
8dpo vomiting nausea sore boobs heartburn cramping diarrhea 
9dpo all that and a BFP
2nd pregnancy-
6dpo - veiny boobs and heartburn 
7dpo - bfp
1st pregnancy- 
7-14 dpo - vomiting nausea and sore boobs...despite all that did NOT get a bfp until 15 dpo
I think the early nausea and vomiting with my first and third were because of HG as I was diagnosed with both of them.  I also have short cycles so probably the reason for early implantation and bfps.

With my daughter, the only symptom I had before my positive test was two missed periods.
