So I have to have my blood work to confirm but my ovaries appeared like pcos ovaries on ultrasound, with extra follicles. Getting discouraged. This is only our 3rd month ttc and I’m just sad now. I have an appt with my ob next month and will have her run blood work to confirm the diagnosis. Has anyone with pcos conceived naturally? I really felt like I ovulated last month, had a positive opk, ewcm and ov pain. I’m hoping my labs are ok and I don’t have it because I truly think I’m ovulating on my own, but I’m not temping..
