Constant feeling of having a full bladder?

Anyone else experiencing this? I'm 35 weeks and 3 days along and ive had the worst time going to the bathroom every 5 minutes because I feel like I'll pee myself, only to barely be able to pee a few drops. Ive been up 6 times not in the last about 45minutes. I'm also having lots of sharp pinch feelings in my cervix when baby moves or while I'm walking to and from the bathroom. No UTI just had a test for that done about a day ago and it came back clear of infections. This is seriously driving me insane.
