I am currently 9 dpo and having this extremely sharp pain on my left breast. It’s so bad like it feels like a thin needle cutting me on the side from top to bottom. I have NEVER felt this before I even tried to feel if I have like a lump

Or something to be causing this pain, but there’s nothing! both of my boobs are sore, but only one side getting this sharp pain. What could it be??? 😭
