Prometrium (short cervix medication for me)

My doctor told me to take it vaginally, but the bottle says to take it orally.

I called her office and there was no answer so I couldn't really ask about it so now I'm just here confused. Ugh. Why must I have so many complications during this pregnancy. I'd love to just have to take my prenatal and be completely fine. 😫😭 so stressed
