7 mo loss of appetite?

Earlier this week daughter had a mild fever for about 24 hours, she had no other symptoms just cranky and feverish, it’s been a few days she’s seemed totally fine. But suddenly I’m having a hard time getting her to eat? She won’t breastfeed for longer than a minute or so and she won’t eat any solids (which is fine she doesn’t consistently eat solids). Tonight after I did her bedtime feed I felt so engorged I had to pump and got about 7 oz!

It was her first fever, so I’m not sure if this is another worrying symptom?
