So today I noticed I have an incoming coldsore coming in. I immediately put abreva on it, but im ultimately worried that I have an STD. I got checked after my last sexual partner, and I came back clean. But I have this cold sore, its the middle of spring and I dont have a cold. Im worried it might possibly be an STD. Is it possible for cold sores to flare up for other reasons? please let me know im panicking and dont have health insurance to get checked.
