Hey ladies

So I am 10 days late. I have lots of white discharge, super bloated ( my belly feels hard) , I get nauseous but mostly in the morning, and I'm more tired then usual. My breast feel a tad tender especially when touched. The only thing is I took a pregnancy test 5days ago and negative and I took one 2 days ago and was negative as well. I don't know what else to think. We're praying were pregnant but my hopes are just going down . What could be causing me to be 10 days late? What should be my next step?
