My gyno prescribed me Provera after getting off BC in Aug and haven’t got a period in now almost 10 months and TTC for almost 6 months, after having ultrasounds and countless amounts of blood work they still don’t know why I don’t get a period .. other than “you should probably lose a couple pounds it would help” okay yes, I know. Anyway, I got my blood work back and my testosterone levels were very high, and I know that’s a sign of PCOS and everyone thinks I have PCOS but nobody wants to “officially” diagnose me. I am honestly a little scared, I took my first pill of Provera this morning and I’m dreading the period it will give me after almost 10 months. Not to mention I start a new job next week!

Another question, could I get pregnant off of Provera? I’ve seen a lot of women say they got pregnant and a lot say it’s just withdrawal bleeding and you don’t actually ovulate? Thoughts and/or experiences?
