Looking for Nursery Organization Advice-Help!

I’m almost 27 weeks and a first time mom, and I literally have no idea how to organize the baby clothes and diapers etc. we are using the dresser as a changing table. Is it okay just to have one top drawer for all my diaper needs? I’m thinking about leaving changing pad where it is and putting it in drawer 2 so I can leave it open and change the diapers.

Also what do you actually hang?? So far I have little sweaters and maybe sleepers?? I’m so lost. It’s currently so empty.
