I picked flexible schedule. We don’t necessarily have a schedule other than a bedtime and a wake up window but my daughter naturally has a routine. I mostly try to watch her cues and not let her get over tired

I selected both because its strict with awake window times but flexible due to nap lengths, outings, etc. My guy can only really hang two hours before needing his first nap, two and a half hours before midday nap, two and a half hours before third nap, three to four hours max before bedtime. He breastfeeds every 2-3hrs during the day and has oatmeal/purées after morning and afternoon naps. Typically wakes by 7am for the day and needs bedtime by 7:30/8pm.

My baby schedule is some what stricked. We wake up at 8am feed and Play until 10:30. 10:30 nap until 12:00- 12:00 feed and Play till 2:30. 2:30 nap for an hour until 4:00. 4:00 play and feed till till 7. 7 he will have naced time and bath time every night then I'll feed him put lotion and pjs on then time for bed at 8:00.
