So I’m at my community pool with my daughter and mom. My daughter fell asleep so put her down on a comforter I brought in the shade.. anyway a little girl and two baby girls came into the pool. No mom. The oldest was maybe 8-10 years old, then around 2 and then 9 months . Neither baby can talk. While the 8 year old was playing I was keeping an eye on the youngest, which ALMOST FLIPPED OVER BECAUSE HER FLOATIE HAS NO AIR. I swam as fast as I could to her and brought her close to me, and then the sister took her back. I told her that if she’s not paying attention to her I’m going to call the cops. She said her mom doesn’t want to come to the pool.. should I call?? Now that I spoke to her she’s paying a little more attention to her sisters but still this is not ok. What should I do?

Update: Once I left I called the cops. When the cops got there he said there were other adults there, aka other neighbors (still not the parents) and then the cops left. I guess that’s all they could do.. poor little girls.
