Does anyone know how to start the legal process on taking over legal custody of a child. My fiancé’s brother and his girlfriend are pregnant but do not wish to keep the baby because they already have 7 children between them. My fiancé and I have been trying for almost 3 threes and they asked if we would want to have the baby to raise as our own. My fiancé and I have been together for 5 years and are getting married in June. We are both young he is 21 and I am 20 but this is something all 4 of us have talked about and agreed upon but we don’t know how to start the legal process ... any advice !?
