Took 4 at home pregnancy test over the last 10 days all positive with dark lines. Had my first appointment today and my urine test there came back negative! Sent me for blood work but now waiting until Monday for results! Came home and took another and lines very very faint! I’m so upset what’s happening is this a sign i miscarried but haven’t had any spotting at all! First day of Last period was April 24
