Any recommendations?
I’ve been super emotional (angry/irritated) lately. Mostly because of people’s dumb comments they say to me or people not taking my time into consideration..only theirs. But everything seems to tick me off but I don’t really get mad until I think back on it and realize how rude that person came off but I didn’t say anything. How the heck do I calm the heck down. Even my mom has noticed how irritable I’ve been lately and I usually don’t get so upset about little things. How do you guys calm down when getting irritated with others? Seriously pregnancy hormones at its finest😂🙄. Help! 😂
