Pain near top of left side of outer labia

It all just started during around 11 but the pain wasn’t bad, I thought it was just simply because my pants were too tight around the crotch area. By the end of the day (I was at school) at 2:30, it was extremely painful and unbearable sharp pains. It hurt SO badly whenever I stood or walked but lessened when I sat. I literally limped home with tears unit I made it home and slept for like 4 hours but now my head just hurts so badly. My outer labia doesn’t hurt at all when I lie down, or sit, but when I just got up it started hurting again, but not to the same extent as at 2:30. This has happened before a couple years ago and I dont remember it ever continuing on to the next day. I’m 15, and Ive never done ANYTHING sexual at all. I’m not itchy and it also doesn’t hurt when I pee. Does anyone know what I can do? :( sorry if this was tmi.

NEXT DAY UPDATE: feels much better and isn’t excruciating pain as I walk but still discomfort. I just discovered that my left inside labia is a little red and swollen compared my other one but it isn’t alarmingly bigger than the other. I’m just putting an ice pack on it for now and if it doesn’t go away by tomorrow then I may go to the doctors ;-; any advice??
