Why is having a girl so bad?!?!?!

So my husband and I are pregnant with our 3rd we have 2 girls already and since I’ve told my mom and her husband that I’m pregnant they’re constantly saying “it’s gonna be another girl, just wait” super cocky and like it’s a bad thing or saying “your gonna have nothing but girls” honestly it’s starting to really get under my skin cause yes it would be a nice change to have a boy, but I LOVE HAVING GIRLS and they make me feel like it’s a bad thing to have girls because we have a lot of girls in our family already. I honestly don’t really know what to say when they say stuff like that cause my husband and I just like having kids in general and dont care if it’s a boy or girl and I will definitely not be telling them what the gender is at all cause I don’t need them killing the mood! But I mostly really want opinions on what to say when they say stuff like that thanks!

My partner and I have a daughter and we both are hoping this baby is another girl as well! If we have a third I’d still be hoping for all girls. 💕

People that know I want another girl keep saying “I bet you’re having a boy” 🙄

I’ll be perfectly happy with a boy as well but if I got to choose, I’d pick girls!

Nothing's wrong with it at all,somethings wrong with people lol everyone thinks you need like "a full set" like they're collectibles or something 😂 i have two boys and im pregnant again and i get "but why? you only make boys/you better pray its a girl,etc" like yes I reallllly want a girl but i have the two most amazing little boys and if i have another boy I'll save lots of money is how i see it 🤷😂😂

We make jokes here that my dad is cursed with all girls and my aunt (his sister) is all boys. My dad has 3 daughters & 1 granddaughter and to us it’s kind of a joke saying ‘it’ll be another girl’. I know he’ll be disappointed because he just wants to see a boy somewhere in his family. 
Don’t let them get to you! If they’re making rude comments I’d just snap back and tell them ‘I hope so!’ I think the other half of it is the idea that everyone wants a mix of boys and girls, but most people don’t realize that idea is outdated. Some people love being girl parents others love being boy parents, then all of us just love being parents 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I have 2 sons and a step son and i get the same thing except reversed.  Honestly I'm good with all boys.  I mean if it's a girl im fine with it but honestly at this point i know how to handle boys.

Fuck that noise, I’d love three girls 😂 I’d have like six babies if I could guarantee all girls. I have one daughter and was thrilled when we found out she was a girl. My next baby is a boy and I am pretty devastated to be honest. I wanted to be a girl-only mom. But oh well!
