Period after abortion

Hello had a surgical abortion may 3rd and yesterday I started bleeding again and was wondering if its normal to get my period so soon , even though it doesnt even feel like my period, im very nauseous and dizzy and my uterus hurts, but overall just wanted to know its normal or if its just left over bleeding from the abortion and im only asking to see if anyone else went through this before I call my doctor
