Did any mommy loss all the weight after pregnancy than gained it back? 😭

I’m just so disappointed on myself 😔. I had  lost all the weight to the point I was below my pre pregnancy weight and now over 10 pounds. 
Can anyone else relate???
Are any other mommies trying to lose weight? (While breastfeeding) 
Any tips?

I haven't weighed myself much since giving birth.. but yesterday I went swimsuit shopping and it was a hard truth to face lol

I want to quit breastfeeding because YES it’s making me gain as well. But I can’t justify cutting off my little man over my own vanity. He loves the boobie so much 😩 I gained 40lbs, lost 20, and gained it all back. I’m literally at the weight I was in the delivery room but with no baby. It’s disgusting and honestly making me feel borderline depressed! I can’t even look at myself. Hopefully I can wean him soon

I’m heavier now then 2 weeks after giving birth 😫 breastfeeding makes me SO SO hungry! I have about 15lbs to get back to pre baby weight

Wow! This post was so necessary thanks! breastfeeding is so hard at times I never feel full ever!!! I have gained 10 to 12 lbs depending if I have eaten the entire pizza or not lol

Omg thank you for this post! I was really starting to feel like shit about this! I finally figured out why I gained all my weight back though! I’m taking Domperidone for my supply and that made me gain a stupid amount of weight. I gained 12lbs throughout my whole pregnancy, lost 14lbs and gained all 14lbs back! I’m weaving off the pills, hopefully my supply won’t tank 😫
No one tells you breastfeeding can make you gain so much 🙁
Idk about you ladies but I’m ready to feel good about my body again..

Yes i lost all my weight gained by the pregnancy and now I am a lot heavier again  13 pounds heavier then before I got pregnant I EBF and  it makes me really hungry
But I really don't care at all to be honest I just imbrace my new body haha maybe it's the age I'm 36 that makes me not care about having a tight hot body anymore I really don't know but my husband and I don't care at all

My pregnancy weight loss stalled and then I lost the rest of jt when I stopped breastfeeding. So thats really the only advice I have. Breastfeeding makes you so much hungrier and your body does require more food. So even if you have the willpower to eat less, it will make breastfeeding more difficult because you won’t produce as much milk
