Should I wake my baby to eat?

My baby will be one week old tomorrow. She has been such an angel and I’ve been on top of feeding her setting an alarm every three hours to wake myself and do so. Each time I wake her up , change her and then feed her about 2.5 oz of breast milk. (I pump because her latch wasn’t great) my boyfriend thinks I should wait til she wakes to feed her. I was thinking of maybe feeding her a little more and waking her every 4 hours instead of three? I’m a first time mom and I’m just a worry worst. What do you guys think? What did you do with your child during the night?
