Zika in Mexico

Me and my partner are trying for a baby but have just been alerted (by some helpful, unhelpful source) of the risk of zika in Mexico. We are visiting Playa Carmen and was wondering if this zika stuff is old news or still of concern as we will have to put the trying on hold if so. Has anyone pregnant been warned or know any more info? Thanks x
